New System of spraying and coating
KKSL Projects Limited specialise in on site 'Airless Spray Painting'
Airless paint spraying is the preferred decorating choice for people all over the world and is suitable for a multitude of substrates. It has become more popular than other traditional ways of re-coating a surface such as hand brush painting or using a roller because it has so many advantages. Airless spraying is often associated with paint spraying, but if you have had a shower this morning, you will have used a basic type of airless sprayer.
WHAT IS AIRLESS PAINT SPRAYING?
An airless mechanism basically splits up liquid into small droplets and this process of atomisation is achieved by pushing fluid through a small nozzle called a spray tip.
Because the paint is pumped through the spray tip under high pressure, there is enough energy to break up the surface tension bonding the liquid together. The paint leaves the spray gun in a high speed stream, but becomes fragmented into tiny droplets as soon as it comes into contact with the air. Other types of spray systems atomise fluid by propelling compressed air into the stream of liquid, but by definition an ‘airless’ system uses pressure alone.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF USING AN AIRLESS PAINT SPRAYING SYSTEM?
We offer an airless paint spraying service to all our customers whether it be painting large or small buildings , single houses, commercial projects or industrial factories. Airless spray painting can be applied to new or refurbished surfaces leaving a finish that no brush or roller can complete with.
